Summer School for Iranian Studies
TEHRAN.(Iranart) - E xperts and students of Iranian studies will converge in Sofia, Bulgaria from Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Slovakia and Iran.
From September 11-18, Sofia University will hold an intensive course on Iranian studies. The program is named Iranian Studies Summer School. It is the first of its kind to be attended by experts from Iran and Europe, ISNA reported.
The organizers are the International Scientific Research Center for Iran, the Balkans and Central Europe (IBCE) with the central office in Sofia. The event is organized in collaboration with Sofia University and Iran’s Book City Institute, Sa’di Foundation and the prestigious Allameh Tabatabai University.
The course will be held annually in member states of IBCE. It seeks to provide a platform where Iranologists meet and share expertise.
