Tehran Symphony Orchestra will stage a concert at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall from January 27 to 28.
TEHRAN.(Iranart) -The Musicians of Iran National Orchestra and Tehran Symphony Orchestra, a subsidiary of Roudaki Foundation, had home performance in Quarantine days.
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Young harpists Tannaz Beigi and Meredet Mosesian accompanied the Tehran Symphony Orchestra in their recent concerts on Wednesday and Thursday at Vahdat Hall.
The Tehran Symphony Orchestra gave a concert under the baton of guest conductor, the renowned Iranian-Armenian maestro Loris Tjeknavorian at Vahdat Hall on November 27, 28 and 29, with the participation of the Iran's Rudaki Foundation's choir led by Razmik Ohanian.
On August 25, Vahdat Hall was the venue for a performance by Tehran Symphony Orchestra. Conducted by Shardad Rohani, Tehran Symphony Orchestra performed pieces composed by musicians from the MIKTA countries. The concert has been organized to reinforce cultural relations between Iran and the MIKTA countries – Mexico, Indonesia, South Korea, Turkey and Australia. MIKTA is an informal partnership between 5 countries, and it is led by the Foreign Ministers. It was created in 2013 on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City and aims to support effective global governance.
On Wednesday and Thursday nights, Vahdat Hall hosted two performances by Tehran Symphony Orchestra. Conducted by Shahrdad Rouhani, Tehran Symphony Orchestra performed some of the most memorable movie theme songs of the all time such as “Gone with the Wind”, “Psycho”, “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial”, and “The Mission”.
Vahdat Hall was the venue for a symphonic orchestra conducted by maestro Shardad Rohani on Wednesday. Tehran Symphony Orchestra played Beethoven’s No. 9 symphony.
