Iranian artist Zahra Tarkhan honored at India’s art competition on COVID-19

TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Iranian artist Zahra Tarkhan has won an award at an International art competition on COVID-19 organized by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
