Tehran Theater Experiences Episode on an Autumn Evening

TEHRAN. (Iranart) – Divare Chaharom Theater, a private hall in downtown Tehran, is currently playing host to a small troupe performing Swiss author Friedrich Durrenmatt’s 1969 crime play Episode on an Autumn Evening.

TEHRAN –(Iranart)- Swiss dramatist Friedrich Durrenmatt’s 1956 play “The Visit” is currently on stage at Tehran’s City Theater Complex.

Marriage of Mr. Mississippi Playing at City Theater

Directed by Ehsan Falahatpisheh, The Marriage of Mr. Mississippi is playing on stage at the Tehran City Theater until 3 February. The Marriage of Mr. Mississippi is a play by the Swiss writer Friedrich Dürrenmatt. The play was written in 1950, but Dürrenmatt continued to revise it until 1980.

“The Marriage of Mr. Mississippi” to celebrate Samandarian, Durrenmatt

TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Iranian director Ehsan Falahatpisheh will restage Swiss writer Friedrich Durrenmatt’s 1952 play “The Marriage of Mr. Mississippi” at the main hall of Tehran’s City Theater Complex tonight to celebrate the Iranian stage director and playwright, Hamid Samandarian, who translated the play into Persian in 1989, and Durrenmatt’s 98th birthday.
