Iranian artists top at Germany’s EXILE cartoon contest

TEHRAN. (Iranart) – Iranian cartoonists Saman Torabi and Abbas Nasseri took the first and third places respectively at the EXILE International Cartoon Contest in Essen, Germany, the organizers announced on Sunday.
