  • TEHRAN –(Iranart)- Simin and Jalal Museum is now officially open to the public. Deputy Culture Minister Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, as well as prominent figures and officials such as Mahmoud Doaei, Ahmad Masjed-Jamei, Haddad Adel, Fatemeh Rakei, Abdollah Anvar, Ahmad Mazeni, Mohammad Javad Haghshenas, Jafar Rahmanzadeh, and Samiollah Hossieni Makarem attended the inauguration ceremony.

  • TEHRAN –(Iranart)- Iran Theater Forum was inaugurated Saturday night, April 14, in Tehran. Culture Minister Seyyed Abbas Salehi, Deputy Culture Minister Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, and a group of veteran artists were in attendance.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) – The seventh edition of Fajr International Fashion and Clothing Festival came to a close on Monday. Culture Minister Seyyed Abbas Salehi and Deputy Culture Minister for Artistic Affairs Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini attended the closing ceremonial at the Vahdat Hall along with a number of A-listers in the Iranian fashion industry.

In attendance were Culture Minister Seyyed Abbas Salehi, Deputy Culture Minister Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, along with a number of festival organizers, fans, and artisans.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) - Monday, January 11, saw the closing ceremony of the 36th edition of Fajr International Theater Fetsival in Vahdat Hall. In attendance were Culture Minister Seyyed Abbas Salehi, his deputy Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, as well as the member of Majlis Culture Commission, Lawmaker Ahmad Mazani, theater managers, artists, and media representatives.

  • TEHRAN – (Iranart)- The 10th edition of the Fadjr International Festival of Visual Arts, displaying over 90 works from Iran and different countries, opened in Tehran on Tuesday. Deputy Culture Minister Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini and Head of Visual Arts Department Majid Mollanorouzi attended the ceremony at Saba Cultural Center. The festival is presided over by Mojtaba Aghaei.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) -- A birthday party was organised to celebrate the lives and works of veteran artists born in the month of January. Deputy Culture Minister for Development and Resources Affairs Ali Asghar Karandish attended the Monday ceremony in Bagh-e Ziba Complex.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) – The 93-year-old doyenne of Iranian art, Monir Shahroudy Farmanfarmaian, has a new museum dedicated to her oeuvre in Tehran. The Monir Museum, which opened Friday in Tehran University Negarestan, a 19th-century former palace and gardens, is the first institution in Iran devoted to a single female artist. Deputy Culture Minister for Artistic Affairs Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, Majid Mollanorouzi, Mohammad Beheshti, Majid Sarsangi, Farbod Farahi and a number of A-list artists attended the opening ceremony.
