  • TEHRAN –(Iranart)- The Iranian Artists Forum in Tehran is playing host to an exhibition titled Underworld by Italian photographer Aldo Salucci. Salucci, who is a lover of marine sports and diving, has put on display a collection of his marine photos that opened on Friday. The event offers an intellectual milieu that values the scholarly reassessment of pivotal ideas in art, innovative practices, and complex and competing visions of modern and contemporary art.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Confiscation, Misunderstanding, and Darkoub (Woodpecker) were the main titles screened to the public and media representatives on the 8th day of annual Fajr Film festival at the Mellat Cinema Complex.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) - Culture Ministry held a special ceremony to honor the country’s veteran artisans born in the month of February. Some of the best craftspeople from across the country were invited to take part in the event at the ministry’s Beautiful Garden Complex on February 6. Culture Minister’s Advisor for Women’s Affairs Marzieh Meratnia attended the ceremony.

  • TEHRAN – (Iranart)- The Fine Art Museum has staged a new painting exhibit by Sarvenaz Soltani. Dubbed Somewhere Else, the one-off event will run in the Sa’dabad Cultural Historical Complex until January 16.

  • TEHRAN –(Iranart)- A program was organized at Niavaran Cultural Complex to pay tribute to the late Master Mohammad Reza Lotfi. A number of A-list musicians and music groups, including Aref and Sheyda, attended the Friday ceremonial.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) -- A birthday party was organised to celebrate the lives and works of veteran artists born in the month of January. Deputy Culture Minister for Development and Resources Affairs Ali Asghar Karandish attended the Monday ceremony in Bagh-e Ziba Complex.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) – The festival of Peace and Jewellery was held at Sa'dabad Complex on Saturday, December 16. Organised by the Tehran Department of Artifacts, the event showcased Iranian jewellers’ works to mark the World Peace Day.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) - A group exhibition by Iranian artists, titled For Saving Children, is underway in Mellat Cineplex until December 15. A number of painters and gallery owners are behind the charity project to raise funds for children suffering from primary immunodeficiency diseases.

  • TEHRAN.(Iranart) – The first visual art exhibition from Afghanistan, titled Nimrouz, is underway at Niavaran Cultural Complex. Ali Moradkhani and representatives from Iran, Afghanistan and international organizations attended the opening ceremony in Gallery No. 1.
