TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Mohammadreza Torktataari won the Abolhassan Najafi Award for his translation of “The Master of Petersburg”, a 1994 novel by South African writer J. M. Coetzee, the organizers announced on Tuesday.
TEHRAN – (Iranart)- Thursday night saw a birthday bash thrown for 63-year-old Masoud Rayegan by artists and fans at the Museum of Imam Ali (AS) in Tehran. Rayegan is an Iranian actor and writer. He was nominated for the Crystal Simorgh Best Actor award at the 23rd Fajr International Film Festival for his performance in the feature-length movie So Close, So Far.
