See Small and Colorful Experiences at Mojdeh
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – P ainter, sketch artist and graphic designer Babak Etminani has curated a group exhibition of paintings of his students.
Titled ‘Small Colorful Experiences,’ the exhibit will open on Friday at Mojdeh Art Gallery in Tehran.
“It (exhibition) is the outcome of training courses focusing on the application of paint,” Honaronline quoted Etminani as saying.
“There are two major subjects at the event: still life and a lady standing by a table. They have painted the subjects in their own personal style. In general, it can be said that it is an exhibition of diverse acrylic paintings,” Etminani said.
Works that reached a desired level of visual aesthetics were selected for the exhibit. A total of 106 small paintings by 37 painters are on show.
Located at No. 27, East 18th Street, North Allameh Street, Saadatabad neighborhood, the gallery will show the paintings till February 23.
