Hamidreza Shafiei : Building Holdings Transforms Art Investing; Emaar and Now A.R.M. Holding & HUNA
Vesta Color manager : "In this century, macro-cultural planners have often stated that art needs to be contextualized within people's life. It appears that the building holdings have now made some real progress in that direction.
IranArt : Currently, there are news concerning the partial unveiling of HUNANA's art collection in Dubai. The property is a charming construction in the Dubai area of Al Safa. It provides its tenants with a sculpture garden at the building's entry, a lobby with six paintings, a statue, and some art on the higher floors.
Vesta Color manager Hamidreza Shafiei commented on this: "A.R.M. Holding provided various advanced art workshops in a restaurant targeted at children and teenagers during Art Dubai 2024, which was hosted in Madinat Jumeirah, and it garnered a lot of attention. Nowadays A.R.M. Holding offers buildings created with artwork in partnership with Dubai Collection and Dubai Art through its subsidiaries, including HUNA."
Shafiei emphasized: "In this century, macro-cultural planners have often stated that art needs to be contextualized within people's life. It appears that the building holdings have now made some real progress in that direction. By purchasing or renting the property, the buyer and the client automatically become neighbors of the artwork because they place suitable works of art in the workplace and in everyday life."
Shafiei, who oversaw the execution of numerous national construction projects, infrastructures, and educational and cultural initiatives, remarked: "By today's standards, how can you construct a building structure without considering its interior design? today interior design, which takes into account the user's home, serves as the cornerstone of construction engineering. The idea is to design rooms that are pleasant to customers while also being functional and comfortable. As a result, A.R.M Holdings and Emaar have made considerable inroads into this business."
Artworks by artists from the UAE, Argentina, the Philippines, and other countries may be found in the H Residence by HUNA collection, as Hamid Reza Shafiei noted.
He said: "Dubai has evolved into an international city, and the people who live there now identify to these global works and adjust to their surroundings more than they did in the past."
He makes it clear that one of the few goods whose added value is virtually always assured is artwork.
Shafiei noted: "The long-term advantages will become apparent to the art collector over time. Thus, this remarkable event and building holding's innovative approach are interesting from an economic standpoint as well as a cultural one."
In conclusion, Hamidreza Shafiei underlined, "It appears that this practice is spreading throughout the world, and Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Iran, which have substantial building holdings, are sure to soon join the present wave."
