Austrian composer Eric Spitzer-Marlyn to hold workshops at Cinema Verite
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Austrian composer Eric Spitzer-Marlyn is scheduled to hold workshops on soundtracks in documentary films during the 12th Cinema Verite festival in Tehran.
Spitzer-Marlyn is known for his collaboration as a sound engineer with the famous German screenwriter and documentarian, Werner Herzog.
“The White Diamond”, Herzog’s 2004 documentary about the history of aviation, will be screened during the workshops, which will be held on December 11 and 12.
Cinema Verite, Iran’s major documentary film festival, will take place at Tehran’s Charsu Cineplex from December 9 to 16.
