'Wenjack' comes to Iranian bookstores
TEHRAN, (IRANART)- Canadian writer Joseph Boyden's 2016 novel 'Wenjack' has recently been published in Persian by Tandis Publications in Tehran.
Translated by Mohammad Javadi, the book tells the story of a Native American boy who runs away from a North Ontario Indian School to get back home with his parents and sisters and two beloved dogs. But he doesn’t realize that home is 600 kilometers away.
